The last New Contemplative Jive Hours of the year 2008 CE. A mild wintery theme flurries throughout. There wont be any more posts for over a month, and the show may be moving to a new time slot next year. Be sure to check back in late January for updates as to the future temporal location. Airing 26 - "Rays, Haze"

After last week's slight binge on upbeat beatz, i had to bring things back to earth. It's actually pretty similar to a "morning after": starts off a little upbeat, but then solidifies into a sustained "zone" (luckily for you, in music this is called "chillness", whereas in biology it's called "damnstilldrunkness"). If i use any more quotation marks in this post, I will officially be "a prick."
But anyways, a new dj was a-trainin' during this airing, which accounts for the extreme lack of song a-nnouncin' for the first while. He even took the reigns and made it rain with some jazz classics near the end of the show. His picks, as well as our stellar closing remarks, were sadly lost to the perils of digital media, and thus do not appear in the archived airing.
But be sure to tune in to Sebastian's jazz show on Tuesdays from 7-8am; it promises to be rad in ways heretofore only dreamt of.
